3D Game Creation - Includes 2 ready to use game engines, not much theory.

The Official Blender Game Kit: Interactive for 3D Artists
EOVIA Carrara Studio 2 (Windows) - This is a commercial 3D modelling tool with
some Physics simulation. I think it is aimed at games and animations, not for
accurate physics simulation. Eovia (http://www.eovia.com).
See carrara site for information about version 3 launch in Sept 2003.
Carrara 3D Basics - A simpler low cost version
Collision Detection in Interactive 3D Environments by Gino van den Bergen.
Developing 3D Games Using Linux - I have not reviewed this book, so I would be
interested to hear if it is useful? I would also be interested to hear if there
are any other books that may be of interest to readers of this page.
3D Graphics File Formats: A Programmer's Reference
The NURBs Book (Monographs in Visual Communication) - A NURBS book for software
